Working 9-5 pt.2

muhammad-aliwWell, nothing has been done since my last rant. I guess I’m no different than the normal person when it comes to actually DOING something rather than taking about it. So, now I’m planning on the doing part. The reason for this particular rant is I came up with another example to justify my discontent with the “9-5″.

I equate working to this: have you ever had an error message pop-up on your computer screen and you just close it and continue working? That’s exactly what I’m going through. Every morning when I wake up to go to work, my error message pop’s up and says “ERROR: You are going to work to make someone else their Bentley payment. Would you like to continue?”.

What do I do? I hit yes and continue work because it’s safe and secure and society says “just do it and like it, we all have to do it”. I ignore the obvious sign telling me to get busy and do something, better yet, do what I was meant to do. I just want to add that, of course I’m speaking for myself and I’m not saying my thoughts are for everyone. Not everyone CAN handle their own thing. Until you realize it’s for you, keep your day job.

So part 3 will most likely be what steps I take to get myself on the proper course to not see that annoying error message again. Peace.
